Foundation park



Foundation Park Professional Center, 2641 Fruitville Rd, Sarasota, Florida, a collection of individually owned office and professional buildings, is now under construction and will be finished in the next couple months . The site is just west of the intersection of Tuttle Road and Fruitville Road, just north of Sarasota’s vibrant downtown business and residential district. It is in close proximity to the cultural activities of Sarasota, the beaches and upscale shopping districts, as well as numerous medical facilities and hospitals. It is on the principal artery to downtown Sarasota from I-75. This is the most dynamic area of Sarasota and it is currently experiencing explosive growth. Occupancy is projected for the summer of 2022

North Village Professional Park, 18711 North Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, Florida, is a new collection of individually owned office and professional buildings, currently has ongoing site development and is preparing to begin construction of buildings! The site is just north of Van Dyke Road, across from the upscale community of Cheval. with easy access to the Veterans Expressway. Westchase Commons Professional Park is a well-established office park located just west of Westchase on Linebaugh Avenue. The park is fully developed except for perhaps the two best lots in the entire project, which were saved for last. The site is fully developed and we anticipate starting construction on the buildings in summer of 2022. Collier Professional Park North



This brand new project is just north of our existing Collier Professional Park, which currently almost sold out. It is also located just a mile north of SR 54 and Collier. It is immediately across from the Pasco County Public Library and the park and playing fields of Pasco County. This explosive area is surrounded by residences, businesses, and school and day care facilities. This site is currently in the pre-development phase and occupancy is expected for spring of 2023.

Bloomingdale Ridge Professional Park, located just about a mile southeast of I-75 on busy Hwy 301 in booming Riverview, Fl, is our newest collection of individually owned office and professional buildings. Site work is complete, we are in permitting for buildings, and are about to begin constructing buildings in the park.
